Get back on track after the weekend with this #lunch idea. Wrap your sandwich #ingredients in a super thin omelete! Skinny Omlete #Recipe: 2 lg eggs a pinch of sea salt 3 T of chopped chives a dollop of pesto a bit of goat cheese or feta a handful of mixed greens Beat the eggs and pinch of salt in a bowl. In a non-stick skillet pour the eggs and swirl to spread evely in pan. Sprinkle eggs with chives and let them set. Use a spatula to free the egg and slide the omlet out of the pan. Spread pesto on the omlet. Add cheese and fillings and roll up! #trusttheprocess #crossfit #crossfitwynwood #fitlife #nutrition
